Landlord complications
I have lived in the same condo building for about five years now, my neighbors have been the same the whole time I have lived here as well, then however, two weeks ago my good friend and I got a new neighbor.
He seemed nice at first, but now he is proving to be a real jerk.
He is regularly complaining that the heating and cooling system isn’t adequate enough for his standards. He calls the proprietor everyday to complain that he want a new Heating and A/C system in his apartment, but our proprietor is a nice guy and he comes out every time there is a complaint. However, this is getting a little bit out of hand… My new neighbor decided he was going to go out and purchase several window cooling system units, but i don’t genuinely care what he does, but this has been causing major power outages in the building and almost everyone is being affected because he doesn’t like the way the heating and cooling system works. I have been in his condo myself to see what he is talking about and to be even-handed I know his air conditioner works better than mine does, I can’t guess he is trying to sucker money out of our sweet proprietor. I tried to reason with him so he would stop running all his window air conditioner units at the same time, I am just genuinely tired of all the power outages. I just want to be able to watch cable without the cable tearing off because the power is out. At this point I will just buy him a new cooling system unit.
